- Negotiate, and try the case if required. We deal with insurers and opposing parties. Some matters settle. Some are tried. No result is promised.
- Keep you informed. You can call with questions. We update you on the status of the matter.
- Fees in writing. Consultations are free. Personal injury matters are often handled on a contingent fee: you pay a legal fee only if there is a recovery. You may still be responsible for costs and disbursements. Fee terms are set out in a written retainer before we begin.
We do not promise a recovery, a dollar amount, or that a case will be resolved quickly. Timelines depend on the facts, the forum, and the other side.
